Leasvio Resident lets every resident request deletion of their entire resident account and associated user-created data.
If you can sign in
Open Profile → Security & devices → Account & data. Re-enter your password, type the confirmation phrase and submit the request. Its current status remains visible in your resident space.

Email the data-protection team from the address associated with your resident account. Include “Leasvio account deletion” in the subject. We may verify your identity before acting.

The request covers your Leasvio resident identity, credentials and associated user-created content. Some property, lease, payment, safety, fraud-prevention, dispute or legal records may need to be retained for a legitimate obligation. The data-protection team will explain any retained category and remove or de-identify data that is no longer required.
Who handles the request
Leasvio is operated by Dapsalmy Group of Companies Limited. The data-protection team records each verified request and will contact the resident if identity or legally required retention needs clarification.
